She’s attentive and shows interest: makes good eye contact and gives the time you need in order to not only discuss your condition, but also other related matters. Definitely one of the better ones, to be fair. The health board in the other hand are a total shambles and concerned about cost per prescription only.
Seemed distracted and did not fully listen to me about daughters condition. Didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye when my 6yr old said thank you and goodbye.
