Dr Mehjabeen is quite simply fantastic. She brings a breath of fresh air to medicine in Mauritius. Her practice is contemporaneous, evidence-based, contextual and patient-centered. As a diabetologist, she clearly appreciates the need for a multidisciplinary approach to looking after her patients. And I would vouch for the fact that she really cares. If I were a doctor, I would want to be just like MB - you don't get much better.
