Does not listen and fails to engage with you. In the consultation she sits there and does all of the talking. Makes decisions about treatment but does not feel the need to discuss it with you, as she knows best, when she has only assessed you for two minutes! When I did manage to get a question in, the information and advise she provided was completely wrong!!! I felt the information was deliberately misleading and incorrect, as she was trying to manipulate me into treatment that she thought was best. As I had concerns about her behaviour, I registered myself with another doctor, who confirmed the information that she provided was indeed wrong!!!!!! And the treatment was not suitable for me! Needs to listen more and put herself in the shoes of the patient. Needs to remember consultations are a two way street, which is in the interests of all patients. Also requires further training with refresher training as well.
