Excellent caring manner and proved very knowledgeable
There were some issues with referrals for scans which Dr Pitcher resolved with great tenacity ... thank you

It was indeed a challenge accessing private hospitals open to private patients for diagnostics during the tail of the coronavirus pandemic but, together, we prevailed! I appreciate your feedback that you felt cared for in a remote sense, even though we were separated by 44 miles and connected by nothing more than telephone line. I wish you well with your definitive treatment with a trusted surgical colleague.
