Fantastic Dr. Very much emphasis on patient involvement with care. Treated as individual person not as a symptom. Great to talk to and explaining treatment. Credit to the medical profession and restored my faith in drs in general. Greatly missed due to other work area.

I write this as the mother of one of Dr Sargeant's patients. My two encounters with Dr Sargeant have been bruising and unpleasant. I find him to be autocratic, lacking in empathy and unwilling to take into account the views and feelings of patients' relatives. He appears unable to listen, seeking only to impose his authority on his unfortunate interlocutors and on the situation.
