Its impossible to get an appointment with this chap and once you do you cant gt a follow up. Even worse, he's left me with no course of treatment and still in long term pain. ive tried many ways to get a follow up with him but he decided that one day my "neck will just crack and the pain will go away"... 18 month later and debilitating pain later it hasn't. Very disappointed

I simply cannot recommend Dr Jackson enough. He is compassionate, genuinely interested in you and your case and LISTENS. His `bedside manner' and honesty is - FANTASTIC ! As my investigations continue, I have ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE that the reason for my symptoms will be determined and treated appropriately. Dr Jackson is witty when appropriate, which really helps when you are facing a potentially serious diagnosis, but he takes the serious stuff seriously and really "knows his stuff".

Dr Jackson is clearly an expert in his field however his bedside manner was condescending, blunt and dismissive. Despite being discharged, he was ambiguous around the details of his notes that I could expect “at some point” which left me confused and without the security I needed to confidently continue as normal. I believe I would have had a completely different experience had his conduct been more congenial.

I first met Dr Jackson in 2011 & was nervous about what he would diagnose & what treatment I would need. From day one he has been kind, professional, knowledgeable & reassuring to me. He took time to get the correct meds & correct doses for me. Whenever I have had concerns or questions about my condition he explains in an easy to understand yet not condescending manner. He takes his time & never rushes me. I am treated as a human rather than a name on a list. He also knows when it is appropriate to have a laugh & friendly banter which in a stressful situation is often a great form of medicine! If you ever see him, rest assured you will receive the best possible care from a kind, clever & genuinely lovely man. Thank you Dr Jackson.

Dr Matthew Jackson has helped me tremendously. I have seen him now five times over the past few years. He always takes the time to listen to me, he appreciates the fact that my husband is always in on discussions, which helps me too. He has a very pleasant manner and I always feel very at ease with him. He explains everything very clearly and puts my mind at rest. I always come away after my visit feeling more confident and this in turn has helped me with my health problem. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Matthew Johnson.
