Matt made my whole experience easier and less stressful. He was very informative, down to earth and caring. I live overseas so our consultation was over the telephone and then emails until the day of the procedure in person. Matt and the team at JRH are so friendly, make sure you understand all you need to know and give you space to ask any questions. I have no suggestions to improve and highly recommend Matt.
