Islip Medical Practice and pharmacy continues to be an exceptionally well run practice with excellent staff both medical and non medical. I have found all the staff to be kind, caring, helpful and professional. The response times and service levels in my experience are always good and sometimes, including my most recent experience this week, are nothing short of miraculous. I am incredibly grateful and appreciative to have access to this practice. My own doctor, Dr Elsdon, is exemplary in his kindness, care and knowledge. Thank you to everyone.

Dr Elsdon saw my daughter when she was unwell and arranged to admit her to hospital, he was calm and kind and caring with her and listened carefully to my concerns.

I attended the surgery today with a health problem but without an appointment. The receptionist who greeted me was welcoming and very efficient and as a result of her approach I was telephoned by Dr Elsdon before I had even left the car park. I was given a diagnostic test around ten minutes later and had a consultation with Dr Elsdon immediately afterwards. Quite superb service from the whole team ( including two nurses ) who were involved and a thank you to Dr Elsdon . Well Done.
