Dr. Cresswell visited me at home following my request to the surgery following a call to the 111 service. I asked for a home visit as I am sole carer of my wife who has Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Cresswell arrived very promptly and after examining me prescribed medication and arranged for the local pharmacist to supply.
