I was diagnosed with lung cancer a few weeks ago. In the absence of my regular gp I was passed on to Dr Shears by phone when I developed a persistent cough. Her gentle and sympathetic and informative attitude impressed me hugely. This has been a very bad time for me and this call calmed and reassured me immensity
