I was referred to Dr Self at the Pentwyn Health Centre in 2003 (later I was transferred to Whitchurch Hospital as an out-patient) and undertook a long course of CBT treatment, usually twice a week. I was often in considerable distress suffering from DDNOS & PTSD and found Dr Self both caring and always positive as to the outcome of treatment even on my darkest days. As a result of her care I was able to return to work in a senior management position and cope with some extremely stressful situations without any sign of a relapse.
