I was referred to the Cumbria Medical Services Dermatology clinic by my GP Dr Jay. , Within a short period I've had a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from my leg. Dr White and his support staff were excellent. Did a good job in a friendly & efficient manner. Altogether a good outcome and experience.

Excellent care. Everything happened when I expected. Treated with dignity and professionalism at all times.
Really efficient. Was on my way home within an hour after a hernia repair

Saw Dr White today to have a cyst removed from my shoulder. Have to say was out totally at ease from start to finish from Dr White and the two nurses. Thank you all so very much.

Seen Dr white today to get a large skin tag removed near my eye I was very nervous but Dr white and the nurse made me at ease and comfortable thank you very much I didn't feel any pain at all and was removed within minutes

Dr white was very good with me, he listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. He kept me totally at ease and I would highly recommend him.

Dr White is the clinical lead for CMS community surgery.
Since qualification from Dundee in 1999 he pursued surgery as his chosen career. After completing his MRCS and research he decided to change tack to General Practice always knowing he wanted to develop community surgery
Gradually over a 4 year period he has increased the portfolio of surgical procedures from vasectomies to minor hand surgery including carpal tunnel decompressions to abdominal wall hernia repair under local anaesthesia.
His interest in dermatological surgery continues to grow and he now offers a full range of skin procedures from simple excisions through to facial flaps and skin grafts all under local anaesthesia
