Dr Gess is the kindest consultant I have ever met. He is gentle and committed to getting to the root of the problem. Nothing is too much trouble and he treats you with great respect and care. I saw Dr Gess privately (money well spent) and you have struck gold if you see him on the NHS. Just wish all doctors were like this!

Dr Gess is a lovely man, who listens to you, tries to help and give the best advise possible, he also treated me with understanding, empathy and compassion.
The best doctor ever and I will pray for him till my last days.

Dr Gess is friendly and takes the time to listen to you. He also explains things in a way you can understand rather than just throw medical jargon at you. Some doctors don't even explain things, just tell you what not to do or to come back after sending you for more tests. I would recommend this doctor because it shows he's in this profession for the right reasons.

I was seen by Dr Gess several times at Kingston Hospital. He always listened to my problems and he conveyed to me the feeling of how a doctor but also a human being should treat another human being.
The treatment he advised has being very successful.
