Reviews
Mark is both personable and succinct in his approach to patients. I found him willing to discuss the cause of my injury in some detail and offer advice on how to avoid it in future. I felt I was in experienced hands and received a high quality of care and treatment. I would highly recommend Mark.
This dr has been extremely helpful. I have been trying to diagnose my problem for years and finally I have done this. This dr has allowed me to call him when he has been off duty and even on holiday. He is one of the best drs I have ever met.
Positives:
Good explanations given about my condition. Questions answered fully and options explained.
Very personable and listened to my views.
Negatives:
Was told I would be emailed or called within a week for MRI results. Nothing received despite my calling four times and requesting my results. Very frustrating and had to wait until next appointment to know MRI outcome. Could have commenced physio earlier if follow up had been as expected.
All that said, a good experience overall.
Very many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you experienced administrative difficulties with your MRI report but I am pleased that you had a positive experience overall. With best wishes, Mark Wotherspoon.
