Dr Taylor
Went out of his way and interrupted his schedule to explain the situation to us in a caring and yet clear manner. He was thorough and had my mother in laws best interest at heart. He also was mindful and sensitive to my father in laws feelings. In addition, he was considerate of the best care plan for the future. The meeting was unhurried and whilst difficult to have to accept, it greatly helped our family.
