I was fortunate enough to have needed to see a GP urgently when my own surgery was full, meaning I was given an appointment with doctor Speller. He was not inundated with appointment at the time, and was therefore able to take the time to hear what I had to say and really listened. So many GP's - in my view - are too busy/distracted to take the time to do this. I think it would save time, and reduce the feelings of frustration for a patient in the long run, if a little more time could be allowed per patient. He explained things to me and allowed me to understand my condition much better having spoken with him, than I have done in the past five years. I am confident too that he understood my health issue better, in that one consultation, than at any time before with my usual GPs. I left the surgery with a feeling that my health is being properly investigated. I would certainly recommend this GP
