Dr Slaney has been an absolute godsend. I always felt that I was in good hands. I had been suffering with severe anxiety majorly linked to my daughter’s anorexia/recovery. It didn’t take long before I started feeling better regarding my physical symptoms - which had rendered me dysfunction. Dr Slaney has a wonderful bedside manner. As I continued improving, I looked forward to catching up with him. He always made me laugh with his quirky Dillon quips. I want to thank him for his expertise, care & support. I’ll miss our chats & wish him good health & happiness in his retirement.

Dr Slaney was my psychiatrist for 12 years. He helped me through 3 long periods of depression. He was a constant anchor in my life and I always felt better after talking to him. I knew I would get through the darkness. He also recommended professionals to us when my daughter had problems with her mental health, which was a godsend.

Dr Slaney was one of the most genuinely caring mental health professionals I've ever encountered. He has a truthful and deep, rooted passion for helping me to not only resolve the matters and issues that I was facing at the time, but also to build a lasting foundation of overall better mental health for the future. I am very sad to see Mark retire, but I also wish him the absolute best for his future and I hope that he is able to look at all these reviews and have an absolutely overwhelming sense of pride at the amount of people that he has helped during his career.
