He understood what I was saying and even with all that is going on he came across as calm and understanding.
I saw Dr Plenderleith when he was a locum at my local practice 13 years ago. I have not forgotten him. Had he remained at the practice then, at the time, he would have been my chosen GP. I found he did listen and most significantly for me, he treated me as an equal. I notice there is an adverse review of this GP. I don't recognise him from the description given.
From first speaking to Dr Plenderleith on Monday I felt reassured that he understood why I was concerned about my husband and wasn't wasting his time..Our subsequent appointment with him gives me the confidence that I can appeal to him if I need more help with my husband's condition.
Many thanks to him and the surgery staff.

One of the worst experiences in my life, very disrespectful, interrupted me several of times, had the impression that we were wasting his time, on the phone even before coming to the surgery and the same attitude carried on while we we were seen by him. I do not recommend him to anyone. Even my daughter said after we left, If i was dying Mumy I wouldn't chose to see that doctor again. How shocking !!!
