A fabulous doctor! Dr Napper listens first, examines, asks, discusses and then diagnoses. That way he tends to be spot on first time. He is kind to patients, both my wife and I go to him as first choice. One feels he has a very high level of professional ability, not always a given, I'm afraid.
GPs don't come better than this man.
