Dr Mark Lee

I am a new patient at the Willow Green Practice and am absolutely amazed by the exceptional standard of care that I have received, not only from Doctor Lee, but from every member of his team that I have encountered, both in person, on the telephone and in writing. From my initial contact with the Willow Green Team, through to the diagnosis of an unexpected medical condition that requires investigation, I cannot fault my treatment given by everyone involved. My only suggestion is that other medical Practices make contact with the Willow Green surgery and adopt the same positive, caring and professional approach to their patients that I have encountered myself. My previously diminished faith in the NHS has been reset at Willow Green - why can't others learn from the service offered at this outstanding surgery?

Such an amazing GP I’ve seen him several times with my children and he always listens and explains everything clearly. Couldn’t ask for better.

Dr Mark Lee is just the best!

Dr Lee is by far the best GP I have ever seen. He's understanding, compassionate, he listens clearly and explains everything. I see him quite regularly, although getting an appointment with him can be difficult as he is so popular. He has a sense of humour, which is absolutely vital with nervous patients before a procedure, for me, a joint injection. He gets things done too, and is brilliant at reaching out to specialities if things don't seem to be happening. He always follows up tests and imaging with a phone call and is always polite. He also obviously has a quick look at what's been happening, as he is always clued up when you enter the room. He has excellent interpersonal skills, and knows his patients and most importantly can spot when something isn't right. Would definitely recommend Dr Lee, no matter what the problem is, he is professional and caring and just all round excellent!

This Doctor is very understanding takes the time to listen to you, That is if you are able to be lucky enough to get an appointment to see him I believe he must be a very poplar Dr,as I always seem to have problems trying to get an appointment to see him. The last time I tried to get an appointment to see him .I was told I would have to wait 2 months

Dr Lee is a excellent Dr,he puts you at ease as soon as you meet him,He listens and has a very good Dr patient manner ,I have seen him several times following recent surgery, and has always given me the time ,and explains things so that I understand. I would recommend Dr Mark Lee to any patient,if you are looking for a friendly caring Doctor.they do not get any better than Dr Lee. Nothing is to much trouble for him, Willow Green surgery is very fortunate to have such a good Dr.

I don't think Dr. Lee could get any better, he makes me feel comfortable, he looks at me when I am talking & he looks closely at my symptoms. After my appointment I FEEL better. Thank you Willow Green for the excellent service you provide June Zimmer.
