My son and I found Mark, extremely caring towards my sons injury, his attention to detail was magnificent and his patient care was unquestionable He made the whole process of our time in his care pleasant and explained everything he was doing as he was went along, explaining what he was looking for and why A cracking doctor who cares passionately about his patients and very efficient at his job as well as being very polite Never kept us waiting, but also was very thorough in his examination of my sons shoulder injury A great doctor, worth his weight in gold Many thanks for your help Mark Regards Tony & Michael Walker

When my son was admitted to a&e, HRI in Feb I could not have asked for a more caring member of staff. He was conscientious, efficient, caring and most important of all, made time, in his extremely busy workload, to explain what was happening to my son. I really appreciated all he did. What a lovely man.
