Dr Grainger (James Fisher Medical Centre) can be quite rude to some patients.
I didnt have a problem until I complained about a member of the practice staff after that he was (unfairly) very off and it was evident he had 'closed ranks'.
Lacks adequate empathy and Ive subsequently heard other patients (elderly) at reception desk commenting he has been quite curt and unsympathetic.
