Mark was fantastic when I went in for my emergency c section, he was very reassuring and professional and had a soothing manner so I didn't worry. He made an anxious time for me easier to cope with. He made us aware of everything that was going on and explained everything throughly. Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job.

Dear Hayley, Thank you for taking the time to send this feedback. As I mentioned to you, it can be challenging to get good feedback as an Anaesthetist since often patients are discharged before we have the opportunity to see you again. This system does allow you to give feedback a few days down the line when you are best placed to reflect on the events. As I have mentioned in another response - communication is key during Caesarean Sections under regional anaesthesia - this is particularly so in the case of an emergency section. I'm really pleased to hear that my manner helped make a stressful time easier to cope with. Thank you. Best wishes, Mark
