Dr Mark is an extremely caring GP. He kindly went above and beyond today to accommodate me at short notice. He explained things very well without talking down to me.

Although I am not particularly pleased with Queen Edith Medical Practice in general, I do not understand the bad reviews for dr Abbas. I was consulted on 2 different occasions by him, and both times I felt he took the time to listen and evaluated my condition carefully. Second time I visited he spent around 25 mins on my appointment, so he took some time to asses my condition before jumping to any conclusions. From my experience with him, he gets 5* from me.

I met him for a health condition and he was not empathetic or caring. Hardly 3-4mins and appt is over. He thinks he is godly and knows it all but lacks empathy and doesn’t provide good healthcare to be honest. He disregarded my symptoms and they worsened the next day. He then prescribed but never bothered to speak to me on the appointment. If possible I will request GP that I don’t see him hereafter even on emergency!

Made an appointment in advance a few weeks ago. Have some health conditions and also injured arm. Arrived 5 minutes prior to appointment. Waited for over half and hour, meanwhile many people who came later were already seen. Reminded about myself to the receptionist and after over 40 minutes of waiting since my appointment time was invited to be seen by two medical students with no doctor presence and therefore, without any supervision. I refused to discuss my private illness matters with the students or had any confidence that they are in the position to check my arm injury. When asked for the doctor, I was told he is 'busy'.. Left without being seen by the doctor. Bad planning and bad attitude by the doctor. After all I am 62 and maybe he could find time to examine me instead being too busy with other patients who came later than I to the practice and were much younger, May I suggest that he should do his job instead of delegating it to the students.. Just a thought..
