Dr Rodriguez is bright and always gets to the heart of the matter. After a telephone consultation, she immediately contacted Chichester Hospital which resulted in an appointment for a CT scan for my husband the following day. She has a direct manner, but I have always found her diagnoses and advice accurate and reassuring. As it is not always easy to get through to the Surgery by phone, I find it helps if you are able to make an appointment on-line. When I am able to do so, I write down important points, and hand these in to the surgery before the appointment.

Very unhappy with this Dr ever since she joined and I went to see her with my partner. re sinus problems/snoring. Her recommendation? We sleep in separate rooms and get rid of my dogs! Then at the end of last year I went to see the nurse about earache and then missed the next appointment with said nurse. This was due to severe depression (which I still have) and not knowing even what day it was! Since then I feel she has been ignoring my calls and hasn't rung me back when I ring for an appointment. So I rang for an appointment, nothing! So I had to ring again and was then rung back by a different Dr who then saw me and diagnosed mild pneumonia! In fact when I did last see her after that missed appointment she didn't ask how I was at first but told me off for missing the appointment! Then yesterday afternoon (11th) I rang again and was told she would ring me back, it is now mid morning (on the 12th) and I still haven't heard a peep from her so I'm going to have to ring back again. This Dr is absolutely shocking and I do not recommend her one iota! I also think that this phone back service is useless! If you're having serious mental health issues or any other serious problems then waiting two hours ( or 20 is as the case now) is far to long to even speak to a Dr let alone being seen. There is a very great chance that the patient could harm themselves, or others, or the condition to deteriorate so badly that it could be too late! We are not Drs! That is why we go to see you! Sometimes we do not know if it is serious or not, especially if you suffer from mental health problems. We are told not to go to A&E these days cos of the pressures on it so to only use it as a last resort but in many cases it shouldn't even have to get that far if you did your job properly, and at least rang people back in a timely manner! I am having to submit this review under an alias email account as I am afraid that "rocking the boat" with a negative review will create even more problems for me, with them, in the future.

I have always found Dr Rodriguez very good and very helpful. She has explained things very well. Recently, when I had to contact her urgently about my husband, she telephoned quickly, made a fast appointment for him with another doctor, and diagnosed rapidly what she thought what might be wrong. I find her bright, cheerful, and she gets to the heart of the problem quickly. I think that her manner can seem a bit abrupt, but it is only a manner of speaking. She is very straight talking. Her diagnoses have been very accurate for both my husband and myself. I have to say that I am very pleased with her.

Totally useless. Does not follow the practice procedures on appointments. Very offhand. We're allocated her when previous doctor left have now changed to another GP at the practice
