Dr Sanchez has looked after my wife for a long period and is very understanding of patients problems. She requested a telephone conversation with me after a blood test and rang at 8am the next day, agreeing to an appointment later in the morning. I feel very comfortable with her and was not rushed in any away for which I am very grateful.

I had an excellent response to my initial phone call and was seen the same morning. Dr Shanchez was extremely thorough, I had bloods taken as urgent and received a text the following day with results. I was so impressed with the speed from the original phone call to speaking with Dr Sanchez… she gave me the time and listened to me and I felt the Dr was also interested…I feel the surgery really pulls together, after my experience I would certainly recommend this surgery…
