I've had Mari Austin as my GP for the last ten years and she has always listened to what I had to say. She has a marvelous sense of humour and her dedication could not be bettered. I always insist on seeing her.

I have experienced this Dr to be rude and uncompassionate on more than one occasion and consequently I have written to the surgery to as I find her manner unacceptable. The only Dr that has managed to reduce me to tears and make me feel ‘silly’ for being concerned about my own health or my child’s. Judgemental to say the least. If you want a compassionate Dr that takes an interest in helping you with your health without being judged or made to feel stupid, then choose Dr Green, Dr Armitage or Dr Anthill - they are all fantastic and much better Dr’’s with much better people Skills.
