Absolute joke of a consultant, has a duty of care to look after his patients yet leaves my mum in pain weeks on end! She had a feeding tube which fell out and was left for over 6 weeks with nothing in its place!!! Dr Cram had her booked in for a replacement and yet when she turned up he refused as she was not ‘malnourished’ now does not answer any of my dads calls regarding my mum! Been no help what so ever !

Had been sent to the Abuinaty ward by my go with sever tummy and chest pain and it was clear I was in acute pain but he sent me home . Told me that I was to go private if I couldn't wait weeks for an appointment for a camera investigation ,when I told him I couldn't eat at all and was in extreme pain he told me to take paracetamol and I'm afaird you'll just have to deal with it. He informed me that he'd write to my GP for a change of Castro medication and sent me home unable to walk properly through pain without any help to ease my pain or anything . Absouluty disgusted with how I was treated .

The first time I met Dr Cram after finally being referred to his area of speciality, I knew from the moment I met him that this was someone who was a very caring individual and also someone who had a lovely bedside manner. My husband and I are both delighted that I have finally been referred to the right Consultant after my long stay in WGH, and look forward to his expert advice when I attend his Clinics over the next year or so.

Dr Cram demeanour and bed side manner is calm, thorough and attentive. He strives to make you feel comfortable and relaxed to ask questions and provides detailed recommendations with reassurance. Never distracted or rushed. I believe Dr Cram to date has provided the absolute best care, advice and treatment to help control my U.C... E Mclaren
