I have just returned from 10 years in Spain and the difference in health care is marked,it is much better here.
I have found the reception,and nursing staff, also the doctors all helpful, pleasant,
punctual and efficient.
I have found the British health service much better than it's published reputation.
The staff do seem very busy, which makes it difficult to get prompt appointments.
To date I have not needed prompt attention, so this facet is still to be tested.
I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER !!

Manohar makes you feel that you are the only person he is interested in at that moment. He never makes you feel hurried and takes time to explain things in a clear and understandable manner. He is caring, polite and understanding. I can't sing his praises enough

Dr Manohar is always friendly and polite and listens to you. If he can't deal with a problem himself you can rely on him to refer you.

Dr Sohanpal really listened to my concerns. I felt so relieved after leaving my appointment today. It is good to know that if i have any further concerns I can go back and he will be helpful and kind. Most grateful.
