I went to see Dr Rathi as I was suffering from fatigue. Dr Rathi listened to how I was feeling and made precise notes. She asked about my medical history and lifestyle as well as my family’s. She did all the necessary blood tests to rule out and pick up any other conditions that maybe having an impact. Dr Rathi explained everything to me very clearly so I had a full understanding of what was happening and why I needed any particular tests. She went beyond to what was needed. I am very grateful to Dr Rathi for being professional, but warm and friendly and making me feel at ease so I could ask and discuss anything that was on my mind. She also gave me a written summary of our discussion, my blood results and why I may need to take any medication. She has also invited me for a review in a few weeks time which is very reassuring. I greatly appreciated all the help and support I have been given. Thank you.

I had been feeling generally unwell and decided to consult Dr Rathi. It transpired I was seriously unwell and that I had kidney failure. Dr Rathi identified my problems immediately and arranged for a rapid hospital admission, I am of the opinion without her I may well have not been here today to write a review. I would not hesitate to consult Dr Rathi in the future.

I consulted Dr Rathi due to problems with my diabetes medication. She listened carefully to my problems and made suggestions as to how I could improve my current issues. Since the changes to my medication I have had no further events of hypoglycaemia and now feel safe to carry out visits to clients which involve driving. I will have no hesitation in consulting Dr Rathi in the future when my next diabetic review is due

Dr Rathi was absolutely lovely on both the occasions we have seen her. Firstly at Newark and then at KM. She was very caring and very thorough. She went through all my daughters blood results individually explaining each one. She listened to us and put our minds at rest over the concerns we had.
