I feel compelled to write this as I think the above review is totally unfair un-called for and written without any basis of truth. How can you comment upon an individuals compassion simply as a result of a refusal to be seen? I have been a long time patient of Dr. Hasrat and I can testify to the fact that she is a kind, compassionate, thorough and extremely knowledgeable Doctor who always goes the extra mile. Had you been on time to your appointment, then you too would have had the pleasure of Dr. Hasrat’s individualistic and wholistic patient-centered care having met her in person. Questioning this Doctors “compassion”for something that is obviously not her fault and does not in anyway reflect her clinical abilities is rather unfair. I am sure I speak for the majority of your patients Malka (I know you don’t like being called Dr. Hasrat) when I say; Thank you for all your hard work and dutiful service your doing a fantastic job:)

Poor GP Dr. Malka Hasrat shouldn't been a doctor because she lacks compassion. Today I was turned away because I receieved 2 texts, saying an appointment was 11:10 followed by 11:40. I presume the most recent text was the true appointment time. The receptionist told me it was 11:10 and Iwas marked DNA. She then asked the Dr Hasrat if she's happy to still see me and she said no - without considering I took time off from work for this appointment and have waited 5 weeks to be seen. She can't give me 10mins of her time. I also work in the NHS and I hold my own clinic and there were loads of times I accepted late patients when they explained to me the reason and sometimes I work overtime without pay. Unfortunately, not all in the medical field have compassion. Sometimes they just work for the salary.
