This Doctor was exceptional. She listened to my previous experience coil removal and refit. She was so gentle and understanding. Due to her experience and skill I had minimal pain. She ensured I was OK I had my pulse and blood pressure checked before i left. She followed up with a phone call a few days later to book my check up and to ensure I was pain free. Without doubt best doctor I have seen. However, the service at the Rookery has been excellent to.

I've felt I'd had to get in touch with someone, to say how good Dr Wace has been, with the care she has given me over the years. She has phoned me when I have had something wrong, and kept me informed to discuss treatments. I would go as far as to say that she has kept me in good health, and cannot praise her enough.

I recently became ill and contacted Dr Wace for help. Due to the pandemic I was unable to have a face to face meeting. However this was not a problem as Dr Wace was soon on the phone and was able to successfully diagnose my issue and organise all the necessary medication and referrals remotely. It was just amazing how efficient everything was that she arranged. In fact one of the Consultants referred to Dr Wace as the “Captain” and said he must keep her well informed of progress! Dr Wace is an excellent Doctor who has time to listen to what you are saying and act accordingly. She is genuinely interested in your condition and makes a point of keeping in touch with follow up calls to you and/or your next of kin. During this whole illness Dr Wace and our marvellous NHS have exceeded all my expectations – well done everyone in the team.

Dr wace has looked after me so well for over 20years in all that time I have always.been more than satisfied with the treatment and care she has shown me. I consider myself very lucky to have her as my doctor. I cannot think of one single thing she could improve on.

Doctor Wace recently treat me and the care and consideration she showed towards both me and my wife were second to none. She arranged for me to undergo several tests to ascertain the reason for my problems and I could not ask for any better service .
