Right from the first meeting Dr Al-Rikabi has shown a very high standard of care. He takes time to listen and above all explain what is the issue and how he plans to proceed. He is patient and listens attentively to questions answering them in such a way as to be totally understood. He also takes time to get to know you, is always cheerful and friendly. I have had two appointments with Dr Al-Rikabai and at last I have found someone who understands my back pain. He is a doctor who is genuinely interested and understanding and has put me at ease when describing the procedure he will be treating me with. As well, he is confident, jolly and friendly with a beaming smile which is enough to.put anyone at ease. Thank you Doctor.
