He was rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was wasting his time (I rarely go to the doctors and definitely wasn't wasting his time) and just wanted me out of the door. When I asked if I would need to ring in for the results, he replied "obviously" and closed the door in my face.

I visited Dr Reuben yesterday . I started off my explaining that I had a few things to talk about, 2 were fairly minor but the last was the most important. When I got to the final thing I was cut off and told that he only treats/discusses 2 ailments at a time. I thought at first he was joking and started to talk. He then said that I was to stop talking as he has already said that I was to 'prioritise my ailments' and should not have spoken about the less significant things first, he then asked me to leave. I flabbergasted, speechless and distraught. Where on the patients charter does it say you can only discuss 2 ailments? Where at my sugery does it say that? Nowhere is the answer. My tearful complaint at reception was met with a frosty response with the receptionist saying that Dr Reuben 'can be a bit funny', Last time I checked the dictionary 'funny' did not mean, hurtful, rude and down right unprofessional!
