i had the proceedure to both legs in october 2014,my rt leg was worse than my left,as veins were getting quite 'bumpy',. at the end of a day my right leg looked like it was on inside out!!!,plus i had loads of unsightly thread veins doing a dance all over my thighs. i havn't worn a dress without opaque tights since i was 40,aprox 20 years and then i used camophlage cream.poor me...i had had a surgery and various proceedures to right leg on the nhs,with limited success. SO far ,and we are in January the results have been great,she did some further redial treatment on my rt leg [at no extra cost].i did have a few days off work,because proceedure isn't without pain,and you can't really shower properly for 4dys,as you need to keep stockings on 24/7. During my discussions with Dr Lynn Jones,about previous proceedures i had had,it transpired that she has been involved in research into effects and outcomes of vein proceedures,so she is probably one of the most informed and experience 'varicose vein' practioners in country,i felt i had struck lucky with her as my physician.My daughter is getting married in August,for the first time in years i will be wearing[weather permitting] a DRESS without stockings!!! can't wait.

I am extremely impressed by the treatment I have received for varicose veins from Dr Jones. I have been to two other doctors before to try to get my veins treated but my concerns were not taken seriously. I was told they were not bad enough to be worth treating or that they couldn't be treated again as I'd previously had surgery on them. I was told to use make up to cover them up or just to "accept them". Dr Jones understood they were making me unhappy and she carried out a thorough examination, to ensure they were treatable. It turns out they definitely were! The results are excellent and Dr Jones and the nurse who attended me were very friendly and reassuring, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. Brilliant.

Excellent results from surgery. It was everything we were told it would, the best part for me was that I didn't have to take any time off from work. Would have no problem recommending Dr Lyn Jones she was excellent.

Dr Lyn Jones, I must apologise for how long it has taken me to post this message. On June 26th 2014 I went to the vein centre in Bristol for laser treatment on both of my legs, and a follow up on the 8th August for further treatment. The treatment I received on both occasions from Dr Lyn Jones and her assistants was excellent, and my legs are 90% better than before I had the treatment and are still continuing to improve. All itching and bleeding and swelling on the lower left leg has now ceased. Dr Lyn and her assistants puts you at ease from the time you meet them. I would recommend anyone thinking of having similar treatment to go ahead with full confidence. Yours Sincerely K H Offer P.S. Any doctor who can hatch a brood of ducklings and then keep them as pets has to be OK in my book.

I had a procedure performed at the Veincentre in Bristol. Although the procedures weren't particularly pleasant, Dr Lyn Jones was generally lovely. Am thrilled with the outcome and I would highly recommend her.
