I was blue lighted from George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton to University Hospital Coventry 16/02/15 the after suffering an anterior Stemi in the LAD. I was admitted to the Cath Lab and was greeted by Dr Luke Tapp. He explained that he was going to carry out a primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI) procedure and made me feel at ease and answered my concerns about the procedure carrying a risk of stroke. He put my mind at ease and helped me to stay calm. I am eternally grateful to Dr Luke Tapp for saving my life. He was kind and had a perfect bedside manner. If I should ever require the services of the Cath Lab in the future I would ask for Dr Luke Tapp.
