I attended the surgery with my husband who was the patient. This was necessary as my husband is severely hearing impaired. Both the clinical nurse and the doctor were attentive and my husband felt he had been listened too and treated appropriately.

Always had quick response to emails and health issues. Obviously the ability to return to more face to face appointments would be beneficial for all patients
