Doctor Luigi Pancione explained the procedure to me very well beforehand and made me feel comfortable.
During the procedure he kept talking to me and explained every step. Again I felt very comfortable.
After the procedure, Doctor Luigi came to speak to me and we had a good chat about how the procedure went and we also spoke about his home country Italy which was fantastic and I now know a very nice place to visit which he recommended. It’s little things like this that make everything so much more comfortable and I felt like I was receiving great care.

Ignoring the usual "complications" that could occur, the operation was very successful with almost without pain, even the anaesthetic injection was almost non-existant. Luigi and the entire staff in the theatre did a fantastic job!

Dr Pancione was fantastic and chatty. He fully explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was friendly and gentle throughout the procedure. I felt reassured that I was in capable hands.
