Dr Lucy Webb was my GP. She is the best GP I have ever come across. Most importantly, I am extremely lucky and grateful to have had her as my GP at my hour of greatest need, when I had what I would term a life threatening illness. She was able to deal with me with humanity and respect, all of which I so needed at the time of my need. She was able to give me understanding about exactly what was happening to me, and the fact that I am capable of adjusting my life to meet my new circumstance. Most importantly, she was able to give me hope at a time when circumstances could have taken a wrong turn. She is unique and has natural abilities as a Doctor. She deals with patients with full respect and integrity, which is exactly what patients need or require. I am eternally grateful to her, because she played an essential role in saving my life (even though she is extremely modest and will adopt the position she was simply doing her job). However, I owe my life and survival to her and the Hospital consultant whom treated me. Thank you for a debt which I cannot hope to repay, but can only sing my praise for the world to recognize of her. Good doctors are hard to find. But fantastic doctors are even rarer to come across.

Doctor was helpfull when I had a "physical problem" like irritated stomach. Unfortunately lack of understanding and judgmental about mental health issues which is the main reason why I go to Motpelier Surgery.

Dr Webb, in my experience, is courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. She will always take the time to explain exactly what is happening medically in very clear and intelligible terms. A great GP.

Although Dr Webb is not my usual GP at the surgery, I have seen her a number of times and would recommend her very highly. She listens well, is thorough and is thoughtful and caring in her response.
