Friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Lucy Rawson.
Although the same-day appointment system for more serious problems has always worked well for me in recent months, it is unfortunate that the Practice is so busy one often has to wait 2-4 weeks for an appointment, particularly if one wants to see a specific doctor. It would be great if there was another choice in between the "same day" or "few weeks" options. Also, perhaps a couple of late evenings up to 8pm too?
Otherwise, I'd like to say, in addition to Lucy Rawson, all the other doctors I have visited over the last few months, and I've been a few times, have all been so helpful and pleasant.
