She's a really good doctor - the sort who goes the extra mile for you. She sees you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Dr McDonnell listens carefully and responds to what you've said. She's good at putting you at your ease and also at helping you through serious health problems without making you panic. A real professional.
