Dr Marchand is a truly exceptional doctor who makes much time and effort to help her patients. She is always my preferred doctor at a practice with many good doctors because she seems to genuinely care for her patient welfare. I have experienced other doctors who have an air of superiority and can be patronising and impatient but doctor Marchand is never like that. She’s a truly nice person who cares and I couldn’t recommend her more highly

I first saw this gp in jan 2014 after a work related break down outside my family she was the only one I could or would confide in she helped me and went above and beyond the call of duty sad but great to say it’s difficult to see her these days as she is so popular due to her caring and professional attitude her and all our gps need all our support in these difficult crimes my hat comes off to them especially dr Marchand thankyou

A nice friendly doctor who works hard to give her patients the best care. Always has a smile and treats you like a person. Polite and professional and knows her stuff. I actually feel sorry for her stuck in that little room with the barred windows for 10 hours a day. At least the monkeys in the zoo at Whipsnade have an exercise area! The only visitors she gets are sick people (like me) and still she smiles. Keep up your pecker, we need and value you.
