Agreed with other poster's review. This lady has absolutely no bedside manner and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She needs some more training in how to talk to her patients and the other comment is true. She has to assert herself at every turn. She is rude and dismissive, insensitive and uncaring. I am glad I left this surgery recently.

I'm sorry, but this lady has no idea at all. She was always very officious in the consultations I had with her. She had to assert herself at every turn & wasn't empathic in any way at all. She said something very insensitive to me the first time I saw her & subsequent meetings weren't much of an improvement. Terrible bedside manner. Would definitely not recommend.

Dr Tourle is very approachable and supportive. She makes sure she reads your notes and understands existing conditions, she listens and provides (under very difficult practice pressure) the time necessary to diagnose and provide the appropriate treatment, even if this does mean admittance to hospital.

I am a patient registered at Manor Park, my usual doctor is Dr Brierley, but I have seen all the doctors at this practice at one time or another. Most recently when I was suffering from quite severe depression I saw Dr Tourle and I found her to be very supportive and understanding of my needs and concerns. I would happily see her again even if my own doctor was available.

This doctor could show sensitivity and humanity towards her patients, instead of being insensitive, strident and dismissive. No bedside manner at all.
