Louise is the most down to earth understanding GP I have ever met, I have had quite a lot of illness over the last 3 years and I know that I can rely upon her everything. She just treats me like I’m not wasting time and explains everything really well. I feel like I am in good hand and she will help me through my current difficulties. She also does what she says she is going to do, she keeps in regular contact and most importantly keeps me calm and reassured me constantly.

My first appointment with Dr. Tibbetts on 4/06/18 and was very impressed. A lovely lady who is welcoming, friendly, listens properly and even apologised for keeping me waiting - I'd only been in the waiting room for ten minutes!
