Louise is without a doubt, one of the best and most caring Anaesthetists ever! She was warm and friendly when she came to see me pre-op, she listened to my worries and anxieties and put me totally at ease. As I went into the operating theatre I started to panic and get very anxious, but she talked me through everything, and put her arm around me and held my hand the whole time until I was under. She really felt like a surrogate mum to me at that moment, and it meant I trusted her totally to look after me whilst I was under. She then came to check on me after my op and was again warm and friendly. If you are lucky enough to get Louise as your anaesthetist, then you are really in great hands!
