Although she isn't my registered doctor she is the one I request when either I or my children need to go to the surgery because she is the most professional, and the friendliest as she engages her patients in conversation whilst listening to what ails them. She shows both empathy and symathy and reacts to reassure the patient that all will be OK. One never feels like you're putting her out or wasting her time like some other doctors do at the surgery.
