I was in whiston hospital under the care of Liz Kingston. I have never had surgery before and I honestly felt in the best hands.. I was fully informed.. reassured and exceptionally looked after. I cannot thank Liz enough for the time she took with me and how amazing she did her job, nothing was too much and she gave me her full attention always. Even after surgery she came to check on me and update me. If I ever have to go in hospital again 100% will be asking for liz to be there with me. I cannot fault her she is a true hero. Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I really enjoy having a hands on, personal approach to the care I give to patients, and feel that clear discussions before surgery can help improve the experience for many patients. I hope you are now recovering well from your surgery.
