Dr. Choy is very patronising in her attitude to the patient. She does not respond to questions positively after she invites patients to ask questions about their condition.This is most peculiar. She is also very abrupt to the point of being menacing and rude. I hope her bedside manners are not copied by those residents/junior doctors who accompany her on her rounds. Dr.Choy would benefit from training aimed at developing better interpersonal skills and realisation that patients today are more knowledgeable about their problems, and expect to be treated with respect.
