Uses appropriate medical vocabulary amongst clear explanatory language and so communicates brilliantly.
Explains what the consequences are of your condition and answers subsequent queries.
Checks records and follows up on previous conditions (which I had forgotten about) to ensure there are no further needs and suggests re-checks to make sure nothing is missed.
