DR Miller was persistently yawning throughout my consultation; she was clearly tiered and uninterested in listening to my concerns. On all the ocassions i have seen her, she shows no warmth or compassion. It feels as if she is scorning you when having to treat a patient. I would rather wait to be seen by another go quiet frankly.

Is more concerned with following practice procedures than with showing any care or concern for the practice patients. Lacking even the basic common courtesy to even notify the patient that their concerns would be ignored. Was not even concerned at all to put right an incompetence of a colleague. This is not consistent with the care and concern expected of a medical practitioner.
